We wondered for a long time how to thank you for shopping in our store? We decided that the best way would be to simply reduce prices. You ask how we will do this? We are already in a hurry to explain.
Welcome to the Loyalty Program.
Program assumptions.
We have created a fair program, which in general adheres to the principle - the more you spend, the more you receive. From now on, when you make purchases in our store, you will receive points in our program. Importantly - the speed of collecting points will depend on how much you spent in total in the last year in our store. Thanks to this solution, retailers will not lose anything, and wholesalers will be additionally rewarded.
Basics of collecting points.
- Every zloty spent is now 3-6 points. in our program.
- 500 points for signing up to the newsletter.
- Additional points for special occasions, competitions and promotions.
You can easily check the number of points in the My account tab after logging in to the store.
Principles of the pace of collecting points.
The speed of collecting points depends on the total amount of funds spent in the wikoria.pl store in the last year (since signing up to the program) and is as follows:
- up to PLN 1000 - 3 points for PLN 1 net
- PLN 1001-5000 - 4 pts. for PLN 1 net
- PLN 5001-10000 - 5 pts. for PLN 1 net
- over PLN 10000 - 6 pts. for PLN 1 net
What can you spend your points on?
This is the very beginning of our program and we will definitely expand it with more options, but right now we are already planning several options for changing points to specific benefits:
- free delivery in Poland (parcel locker and courier)
- discount voucher for your next purchase
- partial payment for products from store
- access to unique offers - only for points

Regulations of the Loyalty Program
1. General provisions
1.1. These regulations define the principles of operation of the Loyalty Program (hereinafter: "Program").
1.2. The Program is organized by PHU Wikoria with its registered office in Łódź, ul. Parkowa 8.
1.3. The Program is intended for logged-in Customers making purchases in the wikoria.pl online store and allows you to collect loyalty points that can be exchanged for discounts or free delivery.
1.4. Joining the Program is tantamount to accepting these regulations.
2. Participation in the Program
2.1. Any Customer who creates an account in the wikoria.pl store can become a Program Participant.
2.2. Registration in the Program is free and takes place via the store's website.
2.3. Additional points are awarded for agreeing to send newsletters.
3. Rules for awarding points
3.1. The number of points awarded for each zloty spent depends on the total expenditure in the wikoria.pl store (counted from the day of joining the program) over the last 365 days and is as follows:
- up to PLN 1,000: 3 points per PLN 1 net
- PLN 1,000.01 - 5,000: 4 points per PLN 1 net
- PLN 5,000.01 - 10,000: 5 points per PLN 1 net
- over PLN 10,000: 6 points per PLN 1 net
3.2. In the case of purchases in euros, points are awarded in proportion to the value of the purchase in zlotys.
3.3. Points are automatically credited within 14 days of purchase.
3.4. In the event of cancellation of an order or part of it - the appropriate number of points awarded will be withdrawn in proportion to the value of the returned products.
3.5. The Organizer reserves the right to award additional points, e.g. as compensation in the complaint process or in periodic promotions.
3.6. Points are valid for 365 days from the date they were awarded. After this period, the points expire.
3.7. The oldest points are used first.
4. Use of points
4.1. Collected points can be exchanged for:
- discounts on purchases (1000 points = 10 PLN)
- free delivery of orders within Poland (2200 points)
4.2. Details regarding the value of points and available rewards can be found in the My Account tab.
4.3. The minimum amount of points that can be redeemed is 1000 points.
4.4. Vouchers are valid for 14 days from the date they are generated.
4.5. A discount voucher can be up to 25% of the total order value.
4.6. Points cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to other people.
5. Checking your point balance
5.1. The current number of points collected is available in the My Account tab after logging in.
6. Complaints and exclusion from the Program
6.1. Complaints regarding the Program can be submitted to the following e-mail address: sklep@wikoria.pl.
6.2. The Organizer reserves the right to exclude a participant from the Program in the event of a violation of the regulations or suspicion of abuse of the point system.
7. Final provisions
7.1. The Organizer reserves the right to change the regulations and terms of the Program at any time.
7.2. Any changes to the regulations will be published on the store's website.
7.3. In matters not regulated by these regulations, the provisions of Polish law shall apply.
The regulations are effective from 01.02.2025.
