Hot-Fix Tape - An eye-catching decoration for ironing

Unique equipment with thermo-adhesive glue, which allows you to apply it wherever you find it. They are an ideal complement to women's clothing (e.g. necklines, cuffs, stripes, pocket inserts or as belts for dresses), children's clothing and all side clothing, i.e. hats, headbands, buckles, handbags and footwear. Decoration for hot gluing using an iron or industrial press. After application, the glue penetrates the fabric, which may be visible, and the application remains in place.

Hot-fix tapes for decorating clothing and accessories.

Modern hot-fix tapes are the simplest solution for decorating clothes, both at the production stage and when making finished clothes more attractive and refreshed. The tapes have a thermo-adhesive layer which, when cooled, permanently binds to the fabric at a temperature of 150 degrees Celsius, significantly shortening the process of finishing the clothing. Rich design and interesting ornamentation allow for their wide and aesthetic use.

Application of hot-fix tapes in 4 steps!

  1. Place the tape in the desired place on the material and cover it with a layer of additional fabric or baking paper.
  2. Place a heated iron with the steam function turned off for about 20 seconds, without moving it horizontally (this may distort the heated pattern) and press down.
  3. Heat it again on the "left" side to make sure that the glue has penetrated the material.
  4. After cooling down, check whether the decoration sticks to the material well (if not, repeat the application).

Useful tips:

  1. To avoid creases or possible moisture - iron the application site before heating.
  2. It is good to use a "spacer" between two layers of material, e.g. baking paper or a piece of fabric, to avoid the material sticking together.

In what form are the purchased hot-fix tapes delivered?

Orders of thermo tapes by the yards are made in one section (up to a maximum of 10 yards).

Example: When ordering 5 yards of thermal tape - the customer will receive one piece of tape 5 yards long, i.e. approximately 4.5 meters.

How to care for clothes decorated with thermal tapes?

By using high-quality applications, you can easily keep your decorated clothes clean. However, several rules should be followed to make the product durable and pleasing to the eye for a long time:

Washing:

  • wash by hand or in a washing machine on delicate mode;
  • do not exceed the temperature of 40 degrees;
  • turn the clothes inside out;
  • reduce the centrifugation speed or, preferably, omit it.

Ironing:

  • iron on the "inside out" side;

Are thermal tapes purchased by the yards refundable?

In the case of hot-fix tapes cut to the customer's order - we treat them as a product manufactured to individual order according to the customer's guidelines - and such tapes are not returnable. Please consider your purchases carefully.
